Tucked inside the devil's coat, Under the ocean's moan Got me a sail down from the sky
MMXVII
Tucked inside the devil's coat,
Under the ocean's moan
Got me a sail down from the sky
Of night and stars
The polar unison.
And I hold course for there,
Where the colds rule the ball,
And eternal snows drift
Past the horizon.
Where snowdrifts are planning
To form a single front,
To clamp the shores with ice
And writhe from spite.
Drive the warmth into a rat race!
The midnight blazing of the sun
To shut under an ice shell
And in an instant strip reason's thread.
